This script runs tests to check if the web server we're on is compatible with all the old stuff I used
like a public suffix list at a fixed location, dependencies like mysql_* functions and sqlite, setting REMOTE_ADDR correctly, etc.<br>
It is not necessarily complete, but this is what I could think of off the bat.<br>

The click is necessary to keep referer information; using meta refresh seems to not do it and the Location header keeps the original referer rather than setting it to where you were actually immediately coming from
